The Well is a NJ nonprofit organization on a mission to help meet the social, physical, and spiritual needs of members of our local community.
Our Team
The Well was founded by Daniel and Ashley Eural in the year 2020 in response to the social divide they experienced during the global pandemic. Family members, neighbors, and friends were forced into isolation that proved to be difficult to manage for many. As educators, musicians, and community leaders, the Eurals brought together a small group of core members with a desire to leverage their impact to safely bring people together across varying backgrounds and beliefs. It is their desire that The Well be a place of drawing for those in need and pouring through the spirit of generosity.

Our Mission
Water wells have functioned throughout time as life sustaining resources for all-friend and stranger alike. Using this model, we aim to build a thriving network of people devoted to communal care and support. We host quarterly events, digital workshops, community service projects, and fundraising campaigns that align with this mission.
